Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility

• To be eligible for this Competition (win 1 of 2x Samsung Smart TV’s, with a total prize pool valued up to $2,000.) an individual must be a legal resident of Australia, currently residing in Australia.
• To win 1 of 2x Samsung Smart TV’s individuals must purchase eligible Fluidra pool equipment at Chipping Norton or Liverpool pool store locations and then use their phone to capture the QR message taking you to the online terms and conditions where you will be required accept the terms of entry and to complete the document requesting the applicant’s information.
• Directors and employees including their immediate families of Pump and Pool People, its agencies and any business associated with such are ineligible to enter.
• The Promoter (A/O MEGAV DISTRIBUTORS PTY LTD and kathecon pty ltd Liverpool as Pump and Pool People reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter believes either has tampered with the entry process or has submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• It is the sole responsibility of the customer to register their transaction and personal details in the QR code to enter in the draw themselves, and not the staff at Pump and Pool People. Failure to do so, will be deemed ineligible.

Competition timeline

• Entries open: 00.01am (AEST) on Wednesday 1^st October 2025. and ends at 11.59pm (AEST) Friday 12^th December 2025.
• Prize Winners will be notified by phone or email.
• The winner will also be promoted via the Pump and Pool People Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages. (https://www.facebook.com/pumpandpool/).

How to enter:

1. Purchase eligible Fluidra pool equipment* at either store between Wednesday 1^st October 2025 and Friday 12^th December 2025.

2. Scan the QR code via the entry form or type in the URL link to enter on our website form

Eligible Products

Eligible purchases must be from Astral, Zodiac, or Polaris branded products in the following categories:

• Pumps
• Filters
• Chlorinators
• Robotic & Suction Cleaners
• Heaters

Limitation to entry:

• There is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the competition period. Entrants must be 18 years of age and above.
• After purchasing eligible Fluidra pool equipment in the Chipping Norton or Liverpool store, Entrant must then register their details and guessing number via QR code entry form or type in the URL link to enter on our website form.

• Withdrawal of Entry: If an entrant submits an entry and later wishes to have it removed from, or not posted to the intended contest, they should call the staff at Pump and Pool People on +61 2 9790 1563 during business hours or email prior to competition draw dates at info@pumpandpoolpeople.com.au (you must receive acceptance from a Pump and Pool People representative to be valid).
• Winners will be presented their prize at Pump and Pool People store, Shop D, 337 Hume Highway Liverpool, 2170, and 1/167 Newbridge Road, Chipping Norton 2170, Once the competition closes – i.e. after Friday 12^th December 2025.
• The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or products.
• The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. As you are knowingly engaging in a physical activity and required to take your measures of precautions before accepting and using the gift.

Winner selection:

• Winners will be drawn at random within 7 days after the promotion ends.
• Winners will be contacted via phone and/or email as per the details provided at purchase.
