Pump and Pool People Gift Cards are the perfect way to give the gift of choice for all pool needs.

Purchasing a Gift Card

• Gift Cards are available in-store only at our shop locations.

• They can be purchased in amounts from $50 to $500.

• Cards are activated immediately once the purchase is complete.

Validity

• Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

• The balance and expiry date will be printed on your receipt for easy reference.

Using Your Gift Card

• Gift Cards can only be used in-store at the location where they were purchased.

• They cannot be used for servicing, repairs, online purchases, or to buy another gift card.

• You can use the card until the balance reaches zero.

• Gift Cards cannot be topped up once purchased.

Returns & Refunds

• Items purchased with a Gift Card can be returned, but refunds will be issued as store credit only.

• Refunds cannot be returned to cash, a credit card, or the original gift card.

Lost or Stolen Cards

• Treat your Gift Card like cash.

• Pump and Pool People cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
